I will be keeping the anon option on for questions even though unfortunately I can’t stop people from abusing it. Please just be respectful ^_^

I’m not a certified trainer yet, but I take my exam in July! Until then I can offer fitness tips to the best of my knowledge. (Or if you have questions about me I can answer those too hehe)

Just two things before you do ask or think not to ask…

1. I’m not a nutritionist! Please don’t ask for meal or supplement advice! I honestly don’t know.

2. I DO workout out with men so I can answer men’s questions just as well as female’s questions.

A New Beginning!

So I’ve had many blogs in the past few years and each one of them had to be deleted. Some were just so large that they got out of hand and some were being abused by followers/anonymous people. I vowed to myself I would never start one of these again, but a recent gym rat urged me to do it.. So I am! I’m starting this blog solely for fitness purposes. I’ll be logging workouts & meals, giving tips, and even complaining about gym girl/guy problems. I hope I can help some newbies and maybe make new gym rat friends along the way.
